Focused on Success 30 Day Challenge – Day 16

Today wasn’t so great. I ate my normal breakfast, which was good. Lunch was leftovers and also good. Dinner was a green smoothie. Mid day snack was almonds and cherries. I did my stretches, but didn’t exercise. I only had about three bottles of water today. I’ll try to do better tomorrow, especially since water is the most important part of this equation.
