Focused on Success 30 Day Challenge – Day 12

This morning I did my stretches and time on the strider first thing! I ate my usual breakfast of seed cereal. Lunch was left over lentils and rice, and I finished off the coleslaw. Dinner was quinoa pasta with a coconut/tomato/mushroom sauce that Hubby made. I only got in six and a half bottles of water, but I got some stuff done around the house and firmed up plans for the weekend. I’m ready for Sabbath!

    Hooray, the coleslaw’s gone!

    I’m starting to miss the lentil/quinoa casserole. Maybe I’ll make some more.
