Focused on Success 30 Day Challenge – Day 3

Today I did my stretches first thing in the morning and had a good breakfast. Lunch was leftover lentil scramble and baked potatoes from yesterday. So far I’ve had about 72 ounces of water, which is better than my usual barely 64, and on my way to my ideal of about 110 ounces. I use this calculator to figure out what I should be drinking on any given day. It takes a lot of things into account, and gives a few tips at the end too. Dinner is Wendy’s french fries, which are an occasional treat. I’ll probably have a banana or smoothie to round that out, but I might not. I had a handful of dried fruit as a snack. I also walked to the mailboxes while wearing Baby C, so other than dinner did well with that. Today’s his six month birthday and I’ve been processing a few things, so if french fries are the worst I do, I can live with that.

Do you have a healthy plan for the day? What will you eat today?

Happy six month birthday, C! I hope he liked his walk.

Today was leftover lentil/quinoa casserole (I made a ton before) and smoothie and a bit of leftover cauliflower sauce (vegan) on broccoli — delicious — and Ezekiel bread. I cleaned all day so will go look for something else too.

Cleaning’s exercise, right? There ya go.

Thank you 🙂 He does enjoy his walks. It gives him a lot to look at. I need to get a hold of some good fresh broccoli! That sounds good. Cleaning definitely counts, especially since I know the layout of your house. 🙂 (Tomorrow is my housework day…we’ll see how that goes!)
